Your Four Seasons sales representative will provide you with a detailed proposal with a full scope of work during their visit to your home after reviewing your current roof. The contractor should be able to provide a written estimate with a detailed explanation of what is included in your new roof system.

Your Four Seasons team will have a crew leader that is there throughout the project providing you an immediate point of contact while your project is progressing and ensuring it is done to specifications. A Four Seasons project manager will also be assigned to your project that will make frequent stops during the project to ensure everything is going smoothly and answer any questions you may have. It’s important to know who will be supervising the job to ensure it is completed correctly and to satisfaction.
Four Seasons will assess the current condition of your property when they first arrive and will take the necessary steps to protect your home and your neighbors if they are in close proximity to your property. The Four Seasons crew will take all precautions to protect your house, driveway, and landscaping throughout the project, and will clean up and remove any debris at the end of each day. The contractor should take steps to protect your property and clean up thoroughly after the job.
Once we receive your signed proposal, Four Seasons will provide you with an anticipated start date for your project. This is an approximate start date and could change depending on these unforeseen circumstances. Once your project is underway, a typical home can often be completed in two to four days depending on the size and complexity of your project. Knowing the timeline can help you plan accordingly. However, bear in mind that unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions and prior project circumstances can cause delays.
Your Four Seasons sales representative will make an initial assessment of your home and roof to determine what potential changes need to be made to ensure proper ventilation. The Four Seasons crew along with the Four Seasons Project Manager will also make recommend adjustments as needed during the project as they are able to complete a deeper inspection of the attic space once the existing roof is removed. Proper ventilation is crucial to the longevity of your roof and can help prevent issues like condensation that can lead to mold growth, overheating and ice dams.
It’s essential to understand the process if the contractor encounters unexpected issues that may increase costs. The Four Seasons Project Manager and/or office personnel will communicate with you throughout the project to keep you informed of any changes to the original proposal. A written estimate will be provided with a detailed description of the change and the cost along with the request for your approval.
