I have an unusual roof situation, a large flat roof with six skylights that are lit from above, a challenging project to be sure. I wanted to keep the skylights in place and also receive a slight taper to the sagging aspect of the roof. After getting 4 or 5 bids from a variety of roofing companies, Four Seasons came... out on top in every aspect. What sold me on hiring them was their flexibility in problem solving, and their price (not the least expensive), was the most realistic. I had to redo the roof on our flat roof sunroom and talked to multiple people about it. Travis and his team were far and away the best company I talked with! From the initial visit and the proposal price and all they way thru the project they were awesome at communicating what was going on and when it would be... completed. My husband never once hesitated on who to call to get the roofs repaired because the first time we used Four Seasons the services provided, from... the inspection to the repair were excellent. The staff at Four Seasons are exceptionally friendly, from the front office to the folks who do the repairs. Clean up, something that a lot of construction companies etc. seem to do partially was again, first rate! My husband is not the sort of person to go back to a company for more work if the first time around the work was sub-par. IN 2007 you put a roof on a home that we now own. Per your contract with the previous owners, the warranty transferred to us. After the purchase, we discovered some leaks. Inspection showed that one was caused later by the chimney work done by another company. All other problems were under the warranty. You... repaired all the issues and charged us only for the damage related to the chimney work. Also, your cost was substantially lower than another quote we requested (before we realized the warranty had transferred to us). Repaired our TPO type roofing. Technician found other issues that we were no aware of. Sealed chimney stack where we had new gas fireplace insert installed thru our TPO roof. Id give them 10 stars if I could,!!!I had a tree fall on my home at 11 pm on a very windy and rainy night, I immediately called my insurance to let them know what happened and what were they going to do first? They were no help when it happened. I was told to “mitigate” the damage and someone would call me back in a... day or so… What? I told them I had water pouring into my house. Insurance never came out till almost a month later.. after I hung up with the insurance I called Travis with Four Seasons,, who had Re roof my house about 4-5 years prior…they did a great job then and I was hoping they could help or direct me to someone who could… left a message of what happened… I was really frantic. It was raining and it was pouring water into my upstairs from a very large hole with tree branches poking into the walls… I have to say I was really amazed that I received a call back from Travis very shorty after and was told they would have someone out here right away to temporarily seal the hole and stop any further damage… They were Johnny on the spot!!! They sealed the hole temporarily and started on the clean up telling me not worry, they would deal with the insurance later… They didn’t ask for a dime, not once… I felt they came to just help with the situation…I was impressed and went with them to do the repairs also… Travis was more than fair in price… He talk with the insurance and got all they’re questions answered… Don’t get me wrong, it was a pain dealing with the insurance company, but the guys and gals at Four Season really kept it from being a total nightmare…After all was said and done, the repairs were as if it never happened and better…. Four Seasons Roofing helped us with a warranty job that was done by another roofer who went out of business right after completing our roof. Sadly we had issues right away. Four Seasons came to our rescue and stood behind the Malarkey Roofing warranty so we could get it repaired. We now have a beautiful roof. Travis came to check a banging noise which occurred during high winds. Turns out the problem was in the gutter attachment, not the roof. Travis fixed the problem quickly. This is by far the most attractive roof in the neighborhood, installed meticulously by experienced personnel. We’re good to go for a lifetime!

Once the old roof was off, 4SR found many horrible problems that were not properly addressed nearly 20 years ago. Ed Sidorov was the skilled foreman who oversaw our job with owner Travis... Hendrickson. We appreciate Ed's attention to details small and large AND his willingness to fix problems as he came upon them. We strongly recommend 4SR. Remember that metal roofs are not inexpensive and that the more complicated your roof, the longer it is likely to take due to supply chain issues, over-commitments and unexpected problems (among other things).read more

I choose Four Seasons Roofing to replace my roof and fireplace chimney based on price and warranty. They were not the cheapest I found, or the most expensive, but the warranty was excellent. During the replacement process, each time the installers encountered an issue a senior rep from Four Seasons immediately came to... my house to discuss the situation and solutions/options available to me. Each step was done in the most professional way, no shortcuts!A few months later I did have one minor issue arise. After contacting Four Seasons a repair rep was sent within a few days. Without going into detail, I had arrived at 3 possible resolutions, 2 of which were less desirable. The tech didn't even propose these 2 and went straight to the A answer; even taking a trip to Home Depot to get the material he needed.All in all, I have no hesitation in highly recommending Four Season Roofing!read more
